Isostar Hydrate & Perform is an isotonic beverage blend that is well suited to sports activities where high-quality hydration is particularly needed. This product helps the body cope with loss of ions during increased muscle effort, during intensive training or during competitions. Helps maintain performance in endurance sports.

Use:

During warm-up, during and after physical activity 150 ml every 15 minutes (maximum 2 hours after the end of physical activity).

Preparation:

Dissolve 3 measuring cups in 500 ml of water. You get a drink that is intended for quick consumption.

Recommended daily beverage consumption: up to 1000 ml.
