Use
Before staying in the sun, apply a sufficient layer of the product to the skin (more cream = more protection) and spread evenly. Insufficient amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Although the cream is waterproof, we recommend repeating it several times during the day, especially after bathing, towel-drying or excessive sweating. The protection period is not extended with repeated application.

Do not stay in the sun for too long and especially avoid its rays between 11 am and 2 pm. Excessive sun exposure poses a serious health risk.
