DeflaGyn application kit
DeflaGyn is a clinically proven highly effective vaginal gel that is used to find a vague cervical smear (ASC-US, ASC-H, LSIL and HSIL) - the so-called cervical dysplasia. The gel helps to rapidly normalize (remission) the findings on the cervix by causing these changes to bind and prevent their further spread, thus also attacking the surrounding healthy cells. At the same time, it has a strong antioxidant effect and protects the surrounding healthy cells from possible further infection.
Three packs of DeflaGyn vaginal gel need to be purchased for the duration of treatment (3 x 28 days).
The pack contains 150 ml vaginal gel and 28 disposable applicators.
Dosage and method of use
Shake the DeflaGyn vial and place it on a flat surface. Unscrew the bottle cap. Place the tip of the applicator on the mouth of the bottle. Turn the bottle with the inserted applicator upside down (180 °). Apply 5 ml of gel by slowly pulling on the applicator plunger until it reaches the 5 ml mark. Turn the bottle over and place it back on a flat surface. Pull the filled applicator out of it. Lie on your back with a pillow under the pan. Insert the applicator deep into the vagina (until it reaches the cervix). The easiest way to do this is with your knees bent. Once you have placed the applicator in the correct position, slowly push the plunger to expel the gel and then pull the applicator out of the vagina. Stay lying down for about 1 minute. Make sure your pelvis is still raised. This will ensure proper coverage of the cervix with vaginal gel. Dispose of the used applicator.
DeflaGyn vaginal gel should be used for 3 x 28 days. After 28 days of treatment, please discontinue use for 3 days. Then continue treatment for another 28 days and stop for another 3 days. Then continue with the third treatment cycle.
Do not use DeflaGyn vaginal gel during menstruation (approximately 3-5 days per cycle). It is not necessary to interrupt the treatment for another 3 days, because menstruation already counts as a break in treatment.
You may have sexual intercourse as usual while taking DeflaGyn vaginal gel, but it is recommended that you have sexual intercourse after DeflaGyn administration.
