IBUMENT 50mg gel 100 g
Ibument is an anti-pain and inflammatory gel containing ibuprofen (50 mg in 1 g gel) and levomenthol (30 mg in 1 g gel). The combined effect of these two components induces a feeling of calm and relieves pain for several hours. Ibuprofen belongs to a class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that provide effective pain relief and reduce both inflammation and swelling. Levomenthol is a locally acting anesthetic that also causes local tissue congestion.
Ibument can be used to treat:
- Pain and swelling due to exertion injuries, joint injuries with partial ligament rupture, sports injuries.
Ibument can only be used to treat:
- Rheumatic pain, including joint pain due to inflammatory and degenerative changes.
- Back, oyster, muscle pain, local ligament, tendon and ligament pain.

Dosage and method of use
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Recommended dose :
Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 - apply the gel to the affected area and massage gently until fully absorbed. Use a 1 to 4 cm gel column for each administration. Repeat as necessary, but no more than three times a day. Do not apply more than once every four hours.
Wash your hands after applying the gel (if the areas to be treated are not on your hands).
Do not cover the treated area with airtight bandages or patches.
The maximum duration of treatment without a doctor's recommendation is two weeks. If symptoms persist or do not improve within 7 days, consult your doctor.
Ingredients
Ibument contains:
- The active substances are: ibuprofen and levomenthol. One gram of gel contains 50 mg ibuprofen and 30 mg levomenthol.
- The other ingredients are: carbomer 980, propylene glycol, diisopropanolamine 85%, ethanol 96% (v / v), purified water.
Contraindication
Read the package leaflet carefully.
Ibument should be used with caution during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
