ThermaCare heat packs and pads generate soothing, therapeutic deep heat for at least 8 hours, relaxing the muscles and effectively relieving pain.

ThermaCare neck & shoulder pads are particularly good for treating neck and shoulder pain. The skin-friendly pads with 10 patented heat cells are ergonomically shaped and are attached to the skin with two adhesive dots.

When do I use ThermaCare heat packs and pads?

Early! The first signs of back pain or tension should be treated quickly before they affect your everyday life in the long term.

The heat packs and pads should not be used on diseased, injured or damaged skin, on bruises and swellings or on areas of the body that do not feel hot.

The use of ThermaCare heat packs and pads for pain relief is particularly suitable for muscle pain as a result of:

ThermaCare heat packs and pads can be used for both chronic and occasional pain.

How do I apply ThermaCare heat packs and pads?

Our products "ThermaCare for neck and shoulders", "ThermaCare for flexible use for punctual pain" and "ThermaCare for flexible use for larger pain areas" are heat pads. Please open the packaging just before use. Take the heat pad out of the airtight packaging and remove the protective film. Now stick the pad directly onto the painful part of the body on your skin and enjoy the pleasant wearing comfort.

After about 30 minutes of warming up, the therapeutic temperature of about 40°C is reached and kept constant for the rest of the recommended treatment period. For effective pain relief, you should wear the heat packs and pads continuously for at least three hours - up to 12 hours for the ideal effect.
