Use :

Apply sunscreen to sun exposure. To achieve the level of protection declared by the SPF, apply 2 mg / cm2 to the skin. The same amount of preparation that covers 1 finger corresponds to the dose on the face and neck.

Reducing the amount of product applied will reduce the degree of protection. To maintain the level of protection, repeat the application frequently, especially during sweating, after swimming and towel drying.
