A.Vogel Atrosan Arnica Gel 100 ml

Atrosan Arnica Gel is a traditional herbal medicine for external use for: dull trauma, sprains, bruises, bruises and dislocations, as well as painful muscle and joint complaints.

This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product that has been registered exclusively for many years of use for the above-mentioned indications.

Atrosan Arnica Gel is used in adults 18 years of age and older.

If you don't feel better or even worse after 10 days, contact your doctor.

Contraindications

Do not use Atrosan Arnica Gel

• if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to arnica or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
• Cross-reactions with other representatives of the daisy family (for example: tansy, yarrow, chrysanthemums, motherwort and sunflower) are possible.
• Atrosan Arnica Gel must not be applied to pre-damaged skin, open wounds or mucous membranes.

Interactions

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.

No interaction studies have been conducted. So far, no interactions have been identified.

Pregnancy and lactation

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you think you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine. In the absence of sufficient data, the use of this drug in pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

Application

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:

• Adults aged 18 and over: 2 times a day approx. a 4 cm long gel strand.

Side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

The occurrence of a contact allergy (a special form of allergy that can occur on the skin after contact with certain substances) is possible.

Redness of the skin is possible.

The frequency of occurrence is not known.

Composition

The active ingredient is: liquid extract from fresh arnica flowers. 100 g contain 50 g liquid extract from fresh arnica flowers (Arnicae flos recens, drug extract ratio (DEV) 1:20, extracting agent ethanol 50 % by weight).

The other ingredients are: ethanol 94% by weight, purified water, glycerol 85% by weight, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer. Total ethanol content approx. 50% m/m (= 57.9% V/V)
