AcePharma Methionine Q10 Zinc is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing methionine, coenzyme Q10 and zinc.
Methionine is an essential proteinogenic protein-forming amino acid. It is the least represented amino acid and the human organism cannot synthesize it itself, so we have to supply it to the organism. Methionine interferes with the biosynthesis of proteins, cysteine, creatine and carnitine. Coenzyme Q10 is abundant in food and is produced by the body until the age of 30. This ability decreases with age, so coenzyme Q10 supplementation is appropriate after this age.
Zinc helps maintain the normal condition of hair, nails and skin.
