Lady's mantle:
- promotes proper (pre)menstrual comfort,
- acts on the condition of the joints and muscles,
- helps to refresh the body and
- maintains normal digestion.
The package contains 15 sachets of 2 g. Weight is 30 g.
Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1-2 cups a day. Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Always prepare tea fresh.
15 sachets are approximately for 1-2 weeks.
Composition
One sachet contains 2 g of coarsely chopped herb.
Notification
ADIEL Lady's mantle tea is not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. It is not recommended to combine it with hormonal drugs and antibiotics.
They can be taken together with vitamins, extracts or tincture.
