Ground Anchovy has a beneficial effect on hormonal activity and genital organs. Increasing sex hormone levels affects fertility and libido. Active substances in the anchorage concentrate also support nutrient metabolism, normal function of the urinary system, natural defenses, normal functioning of the nervous system and the cardiovascular system.

• Tribulus terrestris is an annual, perennial herb, spread throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. It contains a number of active substances, especially phytosterols, saponins, alkaloids.

• This is not a ground herb, but a 4: 1 concentrate from this plant. The advantage of the concentrate is the many times higher absorption of the active substances and the speed of the effect compared to the classic ground herb.

Dosage:

Take 2–3 capsules a day , preferably after a meal. The maximum recommended daily dose of anchovy is 2000 mg per day.

Composition:

4: 1 tribulus terrestris concentrate. 1 capsule contains 400 mg of anchovy.
