STATEMENT OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCE
one pipette (2.5 ml) contains:
Active substances: Imidaclopridum 250.0 mg, permethrin 1250.0 mg
Excipients: Butylated hydroxytoluene (E321) 2.5 mg
Treatment and prevention of infestation by fleas ( C. canis , C. felis ). Fleas in dogs are killed within one day after application. One-time application protects against flea infestation for 4 weeks. The product can be used as part of the FDA's treatment strategy for flea bite allergy.
The product has a persistent, acaricidal and repellent effect against tick infestation ( Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Ixodes ricinus for 4 weeks and Dermacentor reticularis for 3 weeks). One treatment is repellent activity against flebotomům ( Phlebotomus papatasi for 2 weeks and P. perniciosus for 3 weeks), mosquito ( Aedes aegypti for 2 weeks and Culex pipiens after 4 weeks) and against the stable fly ( Stomoxys calcitrans ) after 4 weeks.
For the absence of available information, the product should not be used in puppies up to 7 weeks of age or in dogs weighing 1.5 kg body weight.
Use the appropriate Advantix product according to the weight of the dog and according to the dosage schedule.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
Do not use in cats. It is toxic to them.
Rare cases of reactions in dogs may include transient skin sensitivity (increased local pruritus, scratches and wiping, hair loss and reddening at the application site) or lethargy that disappears itself.
DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
The recommended minimum dose is: 10 mg / kg body weight (w / w) of imidacloprid and 50 mg / kg bodyweight per hectare permethrin.

Method of administration:
Remove one pipette from the package. Hold the pipette applicator in an upright position, twist and pull the cap. Put the opposite end of the cap on the pipette and rotate the pipette seal. Shut off.
For dogs weighing less than 10 kg:
For a quiet dog, roll the fur around the blades until the skin is visible. Put the pipette mouth directly on the skin and apply a whole pipette of the entire contents directly onto the skin.
For dogs weighing more than 10 kg:
Apply to a calm-standing dog. The entire contents of the pipette should be applied evenly in four hips on the back of the dog from the shoulder to the root of the tail. Each time you fold, roll the coat until the skin is visible. Place the pipette tip directly on the skin and apply the appropriate portion of the contents directly to the surface of the pipette.
After use, return the cap to the pipette.
The product remains effective even when wetting the animal. However, long, intense contact with water should avoid the treated animal.
ADVICE ON CORRECT ADMINISTRATION
For use on skin only. Apply only to undamaged skin. Do not apply too much solution in one place, the solution could run alongside the dog.
PRECAUTIONS Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Protect from frost.
Store the outer aluminum pouch in a dry place at a temperature of up to 30 ° C. Use within 24 months of opening the outer aluminum pouch or expiration date (EXP), whichever is shorter.
Do not use in cats. This product is extremely toxic to cats and may be fatal for them because of the specific physiology of cats that are unable to metabolize certain substances including permethrin.
