Trikatu in Ayurveda is a mixture of three herbs that support digestion and the immune system.  One part of Ayurvedic teaching is that we are not what we eat, but rather what we spend. The nutritional process of what we consume goes through each of the seven tissue layers, each taking the nutrients it needs. The whole process takes up to 36 days.

Dosage:

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with meals, drink plenty of water.
