Magnesium Bisglycinate in the patented form MagChel® is a highly absorbable form of magnesium in a chelated bond with the amino acid glycine. In combination with the bioactive form of vitamin B6 (P-5-P), it supports normal function of the nervous system and muscles, energy metabolism and overall balance of the body. The product does not contain synthetic additives, fillers or dyes.

Dosage

Take 3 capsules daily, ideally after meals, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
