Turmeric is the main source of the polyphenol curcumin - it is a strong antioxidant , supports normal functioning of the nervous system, normal digestion and liver function. Dosage
Adults take 1 capsule daily, preferably ½ hour before a meal, or with a smaller portion of food or after a meal. Swallow the capsule whole with sufficient water.

Inflamax™ Complex [emulsifiers: polysorbate 80, polysorbate 20; Boswellia serrata resin extract (standardized to min. 6% boswellic acids); Curcuma longa rhizome extract (standardized to min. 3% curcuminoids); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 5.5 µg)] 550 mg, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The capsules do not contain sugar, gluten, salt or lactose.
