ALIVER Bee pollen is a food supplement in the form of small granules, which contains pollen from flowers converted by bees into food.

Bee pollen is an antioxidant that contains proteins, sugars, fats, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other substances. It supports appetite and helps maintain the normal functioning of the immune and cardiovascular system - blood lipids.

Dosage and method of use

The recommended daily dose is 1 - 2 teaspoons of pollen balls dissolved in honey or fresh fruit juice, yogurt, kefir or together with muesli, but you can also use them separately. With heavy physical and mental stress, 3-4 teaspoons a day can be used. Take the daily dose preferably 15 minutes before meals in the morning. It is also possible during meals, but never in the evening or at night.

One teaspoon is approximately 5 g.
Dose: 
  • maintaining 10 g per day 
  • therapeutic 20 g per day
15-day treatments with ten-day breaks for three months are suitable.
