Allergan HArmonyCA 2 x 1.25ml

HArmonyCA is a product that restores skin's natural radiance, firmness, and youthful appearance after just one treatment. Its ingredients – hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite – provide long-lasting results (up to 3 years) by regenerating and rebuilding the skin's internal structure.

Indications

HArmonyCA is used in treatments aimed at:

• increasing tissue volume,
• reducing the so-called hamsters,
• improving facial contours,
• shallowing the marionette lines,
• wrinkle reduction,
• skin tension.

Dosage

The preparation is applied by injecting the agent into the deep layers of the dermis under local anesthesia.

The effects are visible after the first application of HArmonyCA.

The best results are visible between three and four months after the procedure. This is when a stable collagen framework is formed, which lasts up to three years.

HArmonyCA is recommended for use on the face and hands.

Contraindications

The preparation should not be used in patients:

• hypersensitive or allergic to any of the product's ingredients,
• with skin diseases, autoimmune diseases and those suffering from conditions in which any of the ingredients of the preparation are contraindicated,
• with blood clotting and wound healing disorders caused by disease states, medications taken or unhealthy or poorly vascularized tissues,
• with infection or inflammation (acute or chronic) at or near the treatment site,
• with a tendency to skin lesions (including keloids, hypertrophic scars) and to develop skin inflammations,
• with severe allergies and a tendency to anaphylactic reactions,
• with herpes,

The product should also not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Interactions with other products

HArmonyCA must not be used with products containing a quaternary amine salt (e.g., benzalkonium chloride) as they are incompatible.

There are no studies on the interaction of this product with other fillers used in the treated areas. Caution should be exercised even if the product is injected at a different tissue level.

Product composition

The preparation contains:

• calcium hydroxyapatite at a concentration of 55.7% with 25–45 microns,
• cross-linked hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 20 mg/ml,
• lidocaine hydrochloride 3 mg/ml.

Package contents

Two 1.25 ml pre-filled syringes and two 27G × 13 mm needles.
