Allergan JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 LIDO 2 x 1.0ml

Juvederm Ultra 4 with lidocaine is a solution for patients who want to remove significant skin depressions and wrinkles, enhance their lips and enhance their cheekbones.

The preparation is a hyaluronic acid-based gel. It is supplied in a disposable syringe with two treatment needles.

Thanks to the presence of lidocaine in the composition, the procedure is virtually painless.

Indications

Juvederm Ultra 4 with lidocaine is used in mesotherapy, the aim of which is to:

• reduction of deeper wrinkles and furrows,
• enlargement of the cheekbone area,
• lip correction

Dosage

Juvéderm Ultra 4 with lidocaine is injected into the mid-dermis or the oral mucosa.

The recommended needle size for the procedure is 27G?.

The agent is applied slowly, very gently pressing the plunger of the syringe.

It is possible to make adjustments to achieve optimal results and/or repeat treatment to maintain optimal results.

It is recommended to leave an interval of at least two weeks between two consecutive injections.

To ensure the preparation is evenly distributed under the skin, gently massage the treated area.

Contraindications

The preparation should not be used in patients:

• hypersensitive or allergic to hyaluronic acid, Gram-positive bacteria, lidocaine or amide local anesthetics,
• suffering from untreated epilepsy,
• prone to hypertrophic scarring,
• with diseases, inflammations and active skin infections at the treatment site or in its vicinity,
• with multiple serious allergies or who have had anaphylactic shock in the past,
• suffering from porphyria.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children should not be treated with the drug.

Juvéderm Ultra 4 must not be injected into the periorbital area (eyelids, under-eye area, crow's feet) or the glabellar area.

The preparation is not administered intravenously.

Interactions with other products and treatments

Juvéderm Ultra 4 with lidocaine should not be used with quaternary ammonium salts (including benzalkonium chloride).

It is essential to avoid contact of Juvéderm® ULTRA 4 with these substances or with medical-surgical instruments that have been disinfected with agents containing these compounds.

The product should not be used concurrently with laser treatment, deep chemical peeling or dermabrasion.

Product composition

Juvéderm Ultra 4 with lidocaine contains:

• 24 mg of hyaluronic acid,
• 3 mg lidocaine.

Package contents

Two pre-filled syringes containing 2 ml of the preparation each.

The product may only be used by professionals.
