AllMatters Menstrual Cup Size B 1 pc
You can menstruate comfortably, safely and without unnecessary waste. Treat yourself to the comfort of a menstrual cup and support the idea of #zerowaste. The menstrual cup is designed for repeated use and is an excellent alternative to conventional hygiene products. AllMatters B is especially suitable for women over 30 years of age and those women who have already given birth vaginally. Cup height 70 mm, shank length 18 mm, diameter 45 mm, capacity 30 ml.
Comfort and safety for 12 hours
The ergonomically shaped cup is inserted inside the vagina, where it continuously collects the outflowing menstrual blood. Thanks to the natural vacuum, it securely adheres to the vaginal walls, so you don't have to worry about leakage. It is rinsed according to the strength of your bleeding. However, in normal cases, you can use it for up to 12 hours at a time, both during the day and at night. With proper care, one cup will last for many years.
Main features:
- No leakage, no worries: AllMatters holds a volume equivalent to 3 tampons and can be worn for up to 12 hours unnoticed.
- No drying, no infections: AllMatters is made of 100% soft medical grade silicone, which is completely safe for your body. In addition, this type of material, unlike tampons and pads, prevents the growth of bacteria.
- 0% of chemicals added: Did you know that conventional hygiene products are mainly made of synthetic materials that can potentially lead to skin irritation and sensitive vaginal mucous membranes? Among other things, chlorine is very often used for their bleaching.
- Saving money, friendly to the planet: You no longer have to think about buying sanitary pads every month. AllMatters, unlike disposable pads and tampons, lasts for years. The pile of waste that each of us creates during our fertile years can be reduced to the bare minimum thanks to the cup.
Composition
100% medical silicone. Included is a bag of organic cotton for storing the cup.
Use
- Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
- Wash your hands with soap and rinse the cup under running water.
- Fold the cup according to one of the variants in the package insert. When inserting the cup, you need to keep it folded until it's inside your vagina – you may need to try this a few times.
- Find the position for the most suitable cup insertion – you can lie on your back, sit on a bob, on the toilet or just stand. The position that is most comfortable for you will surely soon appear.
- To facilitate the insertion of the cup, you can use water or a water-based lubricant. When the whole cup is inside, just loosen your fingers and let it open. Occasionally, you may hear the sound that accompanies the full unfolding of the cup. If you're not sure the cup has fully opened, swipe around the top edge, its shape should be round or oval.
- If you find any folds with your finger, it means that the cup has not fully developed. Gently grab the bottom of it – not the stem – and try turning it from side to side until it unfolds and sticks. Then pull the cup lightly by the stem. If you feel resistance, a vacuum has formed and the cup is correctly placed.
12 hours of freedom without leakage
Now you can keep AllMatters for up to 12 hours, even during the night. It depends on the strength of your menstruation whether you need to empty it more often. When you use the AllMatters cup, you'll soon discover how heavy your period is and learn how often to empty the cup. AllMatters absorbs an amount equivalent to up to 3 large tampons. The average period corresponds to 3–4 tablespoons of blood. You'll probably be surprised how little you bleed.
By the time you get used to AllMatters 100%, you may find it more comfortable to wear a panty liner to reduce your spillage. Each woman has a different shape of the cervix, and this affects the depth of the location of the cup in the vagina. If you feel the stem of the cup and you are not comfortable even after repeated insertion, you can shorten it. Never cut it when the cup is inserted into the vagina!
Remove the AllMatters cup
- Wash your hands with mild soap and rinse with running water.
- Find the position that is most suitable for you and relax. Loosening is essential for easy removal of the cup.
- Hold the cup by the stem and at the same time push it with the abdominal muscles until you feel the bottom of the cup. Then gently squeeze to release the vacuum and turn the cup from side to side.
- Empty the contents of the cup into the toilet, rinse with water (do not forget the holes in the top edge) and reinsert. If you don't have access to water, you can use OrganiWipe or toilet paper to clean and wash AllMatters when you can.
- After emptying and cleaning AllMatters, reboot as described above. At the end of the period, boil it again in water for 3–5 minutes and store it stored in a cotton bag.
