Allnature Ghí butter is also suitable for those who have problems with milk protein intolerance. Rendered Ghee butter is valued mainly because it has a higher smoke point and, when fried, does not produce an indigestible toxic substance, as with fats with a lower smoke point. Ghee is a fat that contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and is therefore becoming increasingly popular. It does not contain lactose (laboratory result), casein, is naturally gluten-free.
