Allnature Hericium Spotted Coral 100 capsules

The Spice Coral (Hericium) is a rare sponge mushroom growing in autumn on deciduous wood, especially beech and oak. It is one of the most popular mushrooms in traditional Chinese medicine.

Coral is rich in beta-glucans . It also contains a significant amount of amino acids, especially L-alanine or L-leucine , which are among the essential amino acids and linoleic acid , which has an antibacterial effect. The coral is also distinguished by its content of vitamins B and D , mineral and trace elements - for example magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc, selenium or copper.

Dosage:

Take 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days pause, or 3 weeks and 1 week pause. It is recommended to take 20 minutes before eating, drink with still water or tea.

Heritium erinaceus (gelatinous coral) extract in gelatin capsules.
