Allnature Maitake 100 capsules

Grifola frondosa is a shaggy edible and very tasty fungus growing mostly at the lower edge of deciduous trees, mainly oaks. It has versatile use in the kitchen, especially Asian. It is popular in traditional Chinese medicine. Maitake is rich in polysaccharides, alpha-glucans and beta-glucans.

Dosage:

Take 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days pause, or 3 weeks and 1 week pause. It is recommended to take 20 minutes before eating, drink with still water or tea.

Composition:

Extract of Grifola frondosa (Maitake) in gelatin capsules. 

Nutritional values: Maitake extract 0.4 g, polysaccharides 0.12 g per capsule.
