Allnature Melatonin is a dietary supplement in tablet form.
Melatonin is a sleep hormone, a completely natural substance for our body.
Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep, to alleviate the subjective feeling of fatigue and the consequence of a time lag (so-called jet lag). The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime.
The pack contains 60 tablets.
Dosage and method of use
Take 1 tablet before falling asleep, drink with water.
Ingredients
Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (filler), melatonin, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent).
Content in 1 tablet: 2 mg melatonin.
