ALLTEST Streptococcus A rapid test is an in vitro diagnostic medical device intended for the rapid and qualitative detection of group A streptococcus antigens from a throat swab sample. The test is intended for self-testing by laypeople at home and serves as a guide to the presence of group A streptococcus antigens. It is suitable for symptoms that may include sore throat and when swallowing, red or swollen tonsils, fever, swollen neck nodes, headache, nausea or vomiting, especially in children.
