Recommended dosage

Drink one sachet dissolved in water 1x daily for a longer period of time as a dietary supplement. To do this, pour the contents of the bag into a glass, add approx. 150 ml of non-carbonated water and stir.
The gelatine is highly soluble, non-swelling and pleasant to the taste.
