AltaHerba Herbal Syrup of 14 Herbs is a liquid food supplement, suitable for adults, children from 1 year of age and seniors . It contains herbal extracts of purple coneflower, sage and thyme, which contribute to the body's natural defenses and resistance . Thyme and thyme are also natural antioxidants that protect cells from oxidative stress. The syrup also contains rosehip, fennel, marjoram, elderberry or large-flowered linden, which supports the normal function of the respiratory system .

Dosage
Long-term use: 1 tablespoon daily.
In acute cases: children from 1 to 3 years 3 tablespoons daily, children over 3 years and adults 3-5 tablespoons daily.

Drinking water 70%, sugar 30%, aqueous herbal extract* in 15 ml (tablespoon): sage 210 mg, rosehip fruit 210 mg, common yarrow 210 mg, common thyme 150 mg, common fennel 150 mg, garden marjoram 150 mg, purple coneflower leaf 120 mg, purple coneflower root 75 mg, black elderberry 75 mg, large-flowered linden 60 mg, fragrant anise 60 mg, fragrant basil 60 mg, marigold 45 mg. *10.5 g of dried herbs were used per 100 ml of syrup, i.e. 1,575 mg per daily dose (15 ml) and 4,725 mg per daily dose (45 ml) RHP: not determined.
