Amouage Interlude Black Iris Eau de Parfum was created by perfumer Pierre Negrin. On the one hand, this refined oriental-woody composition embodies balance and calm, but on the other hand, its fragrance creates an atmosphere of chaos. The top notes begin with citrus hints of bergamot, delicate motifs of violet leaves and spicy notes of rosemary. The heart captivates with sensual notes of ambergris, labdanum, myrrh and incense, softened by the refined sweetness of vanilla and spicy orris root. Base notes add depth to the composition and form a trail of cedar, leather, patchouli, sandalwood and oud. The fragrance was launched in 2020.
