Vitamin D3 also supports the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth , as it facilitates the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, elements essential for maintaining strong bone mass. Vitamin K2 contributes to bone mineralization and is therefore necessary for the formation and maintenance of normal bone structure. In addition to supporting the immune system, vitamin C contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and normal mental activity. It helps reduce the level of tiredness and fatigue. Selenium, zinc and vitamin C also protect cells from oxidative stress.
