1. Clean your handsClean Water your hands and the skin around the area where you want to apply the Artrosilium Gel. |
2. Apply Artrosilium GelApply a hazelnut-sized amount of artrosilium gel to your hand or directly to the area of the body you want to treat. Apply the gel in circular motions so that it spreads regularly over the skin. There should still be a 1-2 mm thick layer left on the skin. |
3. Leave the gel onLeave the gel on for about five minutes. Then massage excess gel into the skin until it is completely absorbed. After use, wash your hands again to remove any product residue or alternatively rub the gel into your hands until it is completely absorbed. |
Repeat 2-3 times a dayDo not mix with other products. Apply up to three times a day to clean, dry and intact skin. For smaller areas, such as elbows, hands or ankles, a 1 cm long gel strip is suitable. For larger areas, such as the back or hips, gel strips up to 3 cm long. For the knee or shoulder, a 1 cm long gel strip is sufficient. |
