Dosage:                                                                       

Take 1-3 capsules daily, preferably in the morning, in the morning or in the afternoon until 4 pm. Take on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours after a meal and at least half an hour before the next meal). Swallow thoroughly with water. 1 capsule up to 60 kg, 3 capsules over 80 kg. It is recommended to take it regularly for 15-30 days, then discontinue use for min. two weeks.
