Pregnancy and breast-feeding

Crataegan contains ethanol (alcohol)
This medicinal product contains 43% ethanol by weight ie up to 327 mg per dose (20 drops), equivalent to 8.24 ml beer, 3.43 ml wine per dose.
There is a health risk for patients suffering from alcoholism. The alcohol content must be taken into account for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and patients at increased risk due to liver disease or epilepsy.

The recommended dose is:
Adults:
20 drops 3 times a day

Use in children and adolescents
Crataegan is not intended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

To take. Take undiluted or diluted with a little water (approx. 50 ml).

side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Nausea has been observed.
