Liposomal form of coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 (also known as ubiquinone, ubidecarenone) is a vital substance found naturally in the human body. It is an essential part of every cell of the human body. It is a source of energy for cells and a catalyst for biochemical reactions . It occurs in large quantities in organs with high energy requirements, such as the heart, lungs, brain and liver . With increasing age, its production decreases , and therefore it is appropriate to supplement coenzyme Q10 in the diet. The liposomal form allows better absorption and utilization for the organism. Dosage
Take 5 ml daily. Can be mixed into a drink.
