Composition and allergens
Ingredients: Drinking water, table salt, sugar, ground sweet pepper (2.2%), dried garlic (1.6%), dried onion, ground chili, acidity regulator: citric acid; thickener: xanthan; marjoram, coriander fruits, ground turmeric, ground black pepper, crushed black pepper, ground juniper, preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; bay leaf (0.02%). Shake the marinade before use, rub it on both sides of the prepared meat and let it sit in the refrigerator for min. 2 hours. Meat prepared in this way can be baked, grilled or fried. Dosage: 115 ml per 1 kg of meat.
