Use
1) Remove the film from the back of the shoulder liner. 2) Glue the liner from the inside of the T-shirt to the center through the underarm seam, with the tip of the notch pointing towards the breasts. 3) Shoulder pad can be easily peeled off and re-stuck in case you misjudge its correct position during the first attempt. In the event that unsightly falsities are attached to the clothes, simply grasp the fabric with both hands and pull slightly to smooth the fabric. 4) The shoulder pad can be easily removed after use.
