Composition
6 tablets Basica Compact contain:
Calcium (as calcium carbonate): 350 mg Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate): 120 mg Iron (as iron citrate): 5 mg Zinc (as zinc gluconate): 5 mg Copper (as copper citrate): 1 mg
Iodine (as potassium iodide): 100 μg Molybdenum (as sodium molybdate): 80 μg Chromium (as chromium chloride): 60 μg
Selenium (as sodium selenite): 30 μg
Other ingredients: lactose
1 g = 1000 mg; 1 mg = 1000 μg
Application
: Take 3 - 1 tablets 2 times a day with meals with sufficient liquid.

Notes
Note for diabetics:
One daily portion (6 tablets) of Basica® Compact corresponds to < 0.1 BE or 23 kJ (5.4 kcal)
Recommended to a limited extent in case of lactose intolerance. As an alternative, Basica Hot+Cold (100% lactose-free) can be recommended.
Optimal calcium-magnesium ratio according to Sander 3 : 1.
