Befoli is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets containing the most important B vitamins. The tablet allows the gradual release of vitamins.
Vitamins B1 , B2 , B3 , B5 , B6 and B12 support the normal function of the nervous system and some of them ( B1 , B3 , B6 , B12 ) also support normal psychological functions.
Almost all B vitamins ( B2 , B3 , B6 , B5 , B12 , folate ) contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin B3 (niacin) and biotin help maintain normal skin.
The pack contains 100 tablets.
Dosage and method of use
Take 1 tablet daily, swallow the tablet with water.
Ingredients
The recommended daily dose (= 1 tablet) contains: Vitamin B1 35 mg, Vitamin B2 35 mg, Niacin (B3) 35 mg, Pantothenic acid (B5) 35 mg, Vitamin B6 25 mg, Vitamin B12 10 mg, Folic acid 600 mg, Biotin 150 mg.
Ingredients: Fillers (cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, calcium D-pantothenate, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, polishing agents (hydroxypropylcellulose, hydromellose), dyes (titanium dioxide, iron oxide salts), emulsion , anti-caking agents (silica), pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-Biotin.
