Product description
We gently grind whole wheat flour for you in our unique organic mill. Add 1/3 whole wheat flour to your favorite recipes. Whole wheat flours have more nutrients and fiber than white flours. We rely on our flour because we know every step of its production. We like to add it to homemade cheb, buns and pie doughs. Pastry made from it is a little darker, fuller in taste and texture, heartier and will keep you full for longer.
