BIO Health Tools Young Barley 200 g

Green barley is one of the so-called superfoods, it contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, proteins, trace elements, essential fatty acids and fiber. All bound in organic form. Of particular importance is the high content of beta-carotene, vitamins C, E and B-series vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6), biotin, folic acid, pantothenic acid and choline. Leaf powder is a rich source of organic iron. Organically bound potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and copper are also found to a large extent in barley shoots.

Dosage

1- 2 teaspoons mix with fruit juice or other favorite drink. Do not use with hot drinks as heat neutralizes active enzymes. Drink plenty of water.

The shoots are harvested approximately when they reach a height of 20cm, at a time when the young plant is undergoing a large number of biochemical reactions and is full of active enzymes. The shoots are ground to a powder after gentle drying.
