Organic Matcha Tea Harmony is an original Japanese Matcha Tea, which is approximately 10 times stronger in terms of nutritional values than ordinary green tea and contains a large proportion of antioxidants, amino acids and theophylline. Theophylline is a tea caffeine which, in contrast in coffee, is gradually released over a period of 3-6 hours, which has a more beneficial effect on the human body. Matcha Tea is the only tea that contains about 30% fiber.
Tea is grown in the Japanese regions of Nishio and Shizuoka.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended daily dose for an adult is 4-6 grams. Pregnant, lactating and children about 2 grams a day.
