Dosage:
Adults 1-2 tablets per day. Pregnant and nursing mothers may take 1 tablet per day. Tablets taken during meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not for children under 12 years of age. Dietary supplements are not intended to replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
