magnesium 200 mg

Dosage:
Adults 1-2 tablets daily, children from 12 years 1 tablet daily, children from 3 years let tablets daily. The use of the product by children over 3 years must be consulted with a doctor in advance. It can be used by pregnant and breast-feeding women in consultation with the attending physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Dietary supplements are not intended to replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
