How to take Biotter Fish oil with vitamins and Omega-3 acids:

Adults take 1 capsule daily during or immediately after a meal. Drink down at least half a glass of water.

1 capsule contains omega-3 fatty acids 550 mg, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 44 mg, DHA (dokasahexaenoic acid) 49.5 mg, vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 800 µg, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5 µg.
