Blokurima Uroherbal Rapid 2 g D-mannose is a dietary supplement containing a combination of D-mannose, herbal extracts and an alkalizer (pH+) of urine to support the normal function of the urinary tract (bearberry, rosemary). 

D-mannose is the body's own simple sugar, which is part of the protective protein layer of the bladder. Our body can synthesize mannose for these purposes (it is therefore an endogenous substance - "the body's own").
