Use the tongue scraper twice a day, in the morning and in the evening before brushing your teeth. In the morning, you will do your best for fresh breath throughout the day, and at night you will sleep with the least amount of bacteria on your tongue.
Step 1 - clean the entire width of the tongue
Use the wider side of the scraper to clean the entire width of the tongue from tip to tip. Repeat a maximum of three times, do not press too hard, perform the movement smoothly, but not quickly.
Step 2 - Clean the Middle
Use the narrower side of the scraper to clean the all-important middle. Due to the natural curvature of the tongue, this area is often missed due to the too wide part of the scraper. Use short movements from the back from the base of the tongue towards the front. Again, don't push too hard.
