Product description
The raw material for this mustard is exclusively black (brown) mustard seeds, from which the dark skins are removed during a special production process, and the resulting mustard is made from the yellow contents of the seeds under the skin. Certain traditional prescriptions are also followed. Dijon mustard is characterized by a distinct, characteristic sharp, hot taste and a distinctly yellow to yellowish-brown color.
