Carnitine tablets are a dietary supplement containing 340 mg of pure L-carnitine per tablet.
Carnitine is a substance that occurs in 2 forms. This is D-carnitine, which is essentially physiologically ineffective, or vice versa, in the desired form L-carnitine. This is our own body and very necessary. From natural sources, carnitine can be supplied to the body especially from red meat, especially beef and lamb, but carnitine is also present in smaller quantities in fish or dairy products. The main function of carnitine in the body is the transfer of fatty acids (fat components) to the cells where they are used as a source of energy. Carnitine provides more fat as an energy source for muscles and thus saves muscle glycogen, which can then be used during muscle exertion.
Dosage and method of use
Take 1 tablet 3 times a day, or 2 tablets once a day 1/2 hours before sports.
The tablets should be taken whole, before meals and with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Ingredients
Composition of one tablet: L-carnitine L-tartrate DC 500 mg (equivalent to 340 mg pure carnitine / 1 tbl.), Sorbitol, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium stearate and colloidal silica.
