CAYA DIAFRAGMA contraceptive cap 1 piece

Who is the Caya® diaphragm for?

Diaphragm Caya® is a contraceptive designed for all women who want to protect themselves naturally and safely against an unplanned pregnancy.

In the last ten years, in search of new, non-hormonal methods of contraception, the American foundation - in cooperation with the renowned research institute Conrad (www.conrad.org) - developed a completely new diaphragm.

Under the working term "SILCS" (single-size contraceptive barrier device), the long-known method has been significantly improved thanks to the use of new materials and fine-tuning of shapes.

The round shape was changed in the new diaphragm in favor of a more anatomically adapted oval.

The place of the metal spring in the classic diaphragm has been replaced by a nylon, anatomically shaped adaptive rim. The diaphragm is light (only 4 grams), easy to fold and place in the sheath.

METHOD OF USE

The Caya diaphragm in one universal size is suitable for most women (98%).

Nearly 80% of 450 participants in a survey conducted by CONRAD, an internationally recognized research and development program sponsored by USAID (the independent United States Agency for International Development), correctly inserted and confirmed the correct placement of the diaphragm in the vagina only after reading the instructions for use (ie, without additional training or tips)
