Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 300 mg (ie 375% of the daily dose recommendation), vitamin D 10 micrograms (200% DDD) and zinc (as zinc gluconate) 10 mg (100% DDD) 

How to take? 
1 capsule per day. The capsules are to be taken whole with a drink of water.
