RECOMMENDED DOSAGE OF CHLORELLEX DIETARY SUPPLEMENT:
6 tablets 2x a day (for new and inexperienced users we recommend gradually increasing the dose - start with 2-3 tablets twice a day - and gradually increase the dose)
Make sure you drink enough fluids during use. Ideally, take the tablets 0.5 hours before or 2 hours after a meal. However, at least 15 minutes before meals.
The tablets can also be taken by children from 3 years of age in the recommended dose: 1-4 tablets/day
It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women because it energizes the body after ingestion. A breastfed baby can be more active.
Chlorella should not be used by patients with oncological diseases during radiation (usually 3 days before and 3 days after the procedure) and people with hematopoietic disorders.
