Use 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals (maximum 20-40 drops in one dose). Consult your doctor for higher doses. For use in an enema or wash of intimate female parts, put 60 - 120 drops in 1-2 dcl of slightly lukewarm water and use immediately.
