Do you want to help your liver and clean it up? Silymarin duo contains extracts from two herbs: Baikal Pineal and Milk Thistle, which has a beneficial effect on the liver.

Milk Thistle (Sylibum marianum):

Dosage:

Adults take 1 capsule a day. In case of increased liver protection, 2 capsules per day can be taken for the first 14 days.
